Terms of use
Plain terms for a church tool.
These terms are the agreement between your church and us when you download, use or buy Unyadua.
Last updated 7 November 2026. "Unyadua" means the Unyadua AI program, the store, the members page and the notes service, all products of Lotusfort Technologies Limited, Abuja, Nigeria ("we", "us"). "You" means the church or person using Unyadua.
1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, installing or using Unyadua, or by paying for a plan, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you use Unyadua for a church, you confirm you are allowed to act for that church.
2. Your licence
- We give your church a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Unyadua on the church's own computers, for the church's services and ministry, for the plan you hold.
- You may not copy it for others, resell or rent it, share a paid key outside your church, remove or work around the licence check, or take the program apart to copy it. The licence key carries your church's name.
- We keep all rights in Unyadua. Your songs, sermons and notes remain yours.
3. Plans, prices and payment
- Free costs nothing. Standard and Premium are paid plans, shown with their prices in naira on the store. Prices can change; the price you see when you pay is the price you pay.
- You pay through Paystack. We do not see or keep your card or bank details.
- A paid plan runs for the period you choose (one month or one year) from the day you pay. Nothing renews by itself. You renew by choosing a plan again; if your current key still has days left, they are added to the new period.
- When a plan ends, Unyadua gives you a warning beforehand and a short grace period, then returns to the Free plan. Your songs, sermons and settings stay as they are.
- Plans differ in monthly Scripture listening time and in features such as sermon notes and Band mode, as shown in the store. Typing a Bible reference always works. Until 31 January 2027, during the free test period, Unyadua works with all features and no listening limit.
- If something goes wrong. If you paid and your key does not work, or the wrong plan was issued, tell us within 7 days of payment. We will fix it or refund that payment. Apart from that, payments for a period already started are not refundable.
4. What Unyadua does, and what it does not promise
A person must stay in charge. Speech recognition and verse matching can be wrong, especially with accents, noise or unusual wording. Unyadua may show the wrong verse, miss a verse or hear the wrong word. Your operator is responsible for what appears on your screen, and should check it before and during the service. Notes drafted by AI can contain mistakes; read and correct them before you publish.
- Unyadua is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every setup, and we do not promise accuracy for any language or accent.
- Band mode and some other features are early and may change.
- The store, members page and notes service depend on the internet and on other companies' services, and may sometimes be unavailable. The program's core listening and display work offline.
5. Songs, Bibles and other content
- You are responsible for having the right to display the songs, lyrics, Bible translations, images and other content you use, including any church music licence you need. Lyrics found through the lyrics search belong to their owners.
- The King James Version, American Standard Version and Berean Standard Bible included with Unyadua are in the public domain. Other translations such as NIV, ESV and NKJV are licensed by their publishers; if you add one, you confirm your church holds the licence.
6. Sermon notes and publishing
- You decide which sermon text to send for drafting and which notes to publish. Do not send or publish anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or that exposes someone's private information without their permission.
- You give us permission to store and show the notes you publish, to the people you share your link with, until you withdraw them.
- Anyone with your church's link can read published notes. Publish only what you are happy to be seen.
- We may switch off a church's publishing or notes access if it is abused or used to spend our service unfairly.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Unyadua to break the law, to harm others, to attack or overload our services, or to try to get around payment or access limits.
8. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of income, or for any problem caused by a wrong verse, a missed verse or an error in AI-drafted notes. Our total liability to you for any claim about Unyadua is limited to the amount you paid us for your plan in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Unyadua at any time. We may suspend or end a licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and where we do so because of our own mistake we will refund the unused part of your plan. Sections that by their nature continue (such as 5, 8 and 11) continue after the agreement ends.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Unyadua after a change, you accept the new terms; a change to a paid plan's price or features does not affect the period you have already paid for.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will try to settle any dispute by talking first; if that fails, the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, have jurisdiction. Contact: live@unyadua.com or WhatsApp +234 813 684 8518.
